Get Fit Clinic has always held a special place for dedicated seniors who realize that staying fit and being fit is a powerful way to a longer and happier life, it also improves and strengthens your mental fitness as well.

Our Senior Fitness Programs as tailored to each senior and their health status.  We use a 10 point evaluation system to determine the best possible program to achieve the best results knowing that everybody needs can be physically different.

We offer two types of Senior Programs, 1) Fitness programs designed for increased mobility and strength; 2) and Rehabilitation Programs that concentrate of new or old injuries and post surgical strengthening and mobility.
